I did my undergraduate work in Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Rochester before coming to Kansas to work on my PhD in invertebrate paleontology. I am currently studying the effects of the end Ordovician mass extinction event on the evolutionary history and biogeography of cheirurid trilobites.
