A Science Day Camp at the Natural History Museum
Geocaching (Gee-oh-cashing) is a high-tech scavenger hunt that uses a GPS unit to locate hidden caches all over the world. Participants will learn the basics of directions, maps and GPS navigation, then use these skills to try and track down a cache. This summer day camp is appropriate for ages 8 to 11. Participants need to bring a packed lunch. Financial aid is available.
