Dr. Kimmerer, author of the Fall 2021 Common Book, Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge and the Teachings of Plants, will be having a Student Conversation with KU and Haskell Indian Nations University students on Nov. 11, at 11am. If you are a KU or Haskell student, you may register for that on The Commons website. 

She will also give a public talk followed by a Q&A, on November 10, 2021 at 7:30pm. This is a free virtual event. Register on the Hall Center for the Humanities website.

Dr. Kimmerer's events are hosted by the Hall Center for the Humanities and supported by many dedicated partnerships, including Academic Success, KU Libraries, Center for Undergraduate Research, The Commons, KU Biodiversity Institute & Natural History Museum, and Haskell Indian Nations University.
