Kansas DNA Day
An annual event at the University of Kansas that sends scientists to local high schools to present interactive presentations. LEARN MORE
Contributions
- 2016. Luke Klicka constructed a phylogeography module for DNAday and piloted the presentation at two local high schools with the help of several other EEB students.
- 2015. Moyle Lab members helped to establish KS DNA Day by contributing as ambassadors during the inaugural year presenting the "Genomics and Inheritance" module.
Natural History Museum
Avian Coloration Exhibit
Luke Campillo and Joe Manthey built a exhibit for the KU Natural History museum focused on avian color and the avian visual spectrum.
