Mammalogy Graduate Education

Mammalogy is affiliated with the degree-granting KU Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, which offers M.A. and Ph.D. degrees. The Division also works closely with the KU Museum Studies graduate program. Interested students are encouraged to contact faculty members with complementary research interests. Curators, who are also faculty members in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, advise students, provide training in the form of research expeditions, and serve on student’s thesis and dissertation committees.
