Lynn Ward

Lynn has many years of experience working in various roles in museums throughout the KC Metro area. As the Visitor Experience Manager at the KU Biodiversity Institute and Natural History Museum, Lynn oversees and conducts the services of greeting, counting, scheduling, and welcoming close to 40,000 visitors a year—which includes KU students, the public, and K-12 students. In addition, she selects and orders merchandise for the acclaimed gift shop in the museum. She also assists with the membership program when needed and plans a member event to provide value and attract new members.
