The KU Natural History Museum Gift Shop has hundreds of gifts for creative children and curious adults, from books and souvenirs, to toys, science projects and stuffed animals. We also have KUNHM-branded gear with the iconic Bunker mosasaur, including t-shirts and ball caps. Members receive a 10% discount. We're located on the museum's main (4th) floor, near the Visitor Services desk.

Our online store accepts all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, DinaCard and BCcard.
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS). We can only ship orders to the United States at this time. Once shipped you can expect your parcel in 3 to 7 days. When your purchase has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us with package tracking information. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
During checkout, select “free local pickup” as the shipping method. You'll receive an email confirmation from our Visitor Services team when your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up. Orders can be picked up at our Visitor Services desk located on the 4th floor of Dyche Hall, 1345 Jayhawk Boulevard.
In the event that you need to cancel an order, please contact Visitor Services and Donor Relations Coordinator Lynn Ward at email@example.com for assistance. If your order has not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund on merchandise and shipping costs.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we can offer a refund or exchange. For exchanges, items must be exchanged for the same item or an item of equal value (example, a different size or color of a tee-shirt). Items returned must be unused or unworn, with original tags intact. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact Visitor Services Coordinator Lynn Ward at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order handy for reference.
During the checkout process, you will receive our return policy for final review.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. Your confirmation will contain your order number and payment information. Upon shipping, you will receive a separate email from us with package tracking information. If these communications do not appear in a timely manner, please check your email spam filter for potential capture.
