Welcome to Microbes on the Move! This NSF EPSCoR-funded project introduced families to the diversity of microorganisms through specimens and hands-on activities. The team hosted events in Chanute, Lawrence, Emporia, Wamego and Independence, and offered virtual and hybrid versions in 2020 and 2021.

Virtual Mobile Museum Exhibits

You can still explore microbial life through our virtual specimen exhibit displays (Adobe Spark). Examine 16 displays, see illustrations, and try out action labels that connect microbial life with other life forms.
